The LumaCool™ Whitening System uses L.E.D. (Light Emitting Diode) technology producing a high-speed, safe and cool in-surgery whitening system. The advanced LumaCool™ offers an optical sensor to turn the system on and off, countdown patient display window, and requires no maintenance (not even a cooling fan is required).
The system also comes with remote control operation. The LumaCool™ comes standard with a pole mount on the dental chair. LumaCool provide a uniform whitening wavelength with virtually no heat. Whitens both arches in less than 30 minutes. Superior results with improved patient comfort.

What makes LumaCool more effective than other systems?
Plank's Constant dictates the shape of the curve that describes the rate of photochemical decomposition (i.e. dissociation) of molecules exposed to wavelengths of light energy (such as those generated by the LumaArch). Since H2O2 is quite unstable, it will dissociate freely upon exposure to light energy.

It is a multiple light source that combines long life and high lumen output within the spectral bandwidth required for power bleaching. The unit uses proprietary LEDs to produce energy in the visible spectrum. The custom filtering of the LumaCool delivers the bandwidth of the light matching response curve for the bleach activation.
