Q. Can the camera interface with computers?
A. Yes. To any computer system via capture card or USB capture devices.
Q. How close can the camera be to a tooth?
A. 2mm from the tooth.
Q. Can the camera be used with any X-ray system?
A. Yes.
Q. Is the camera fog resistant?
A. Yes. With or without a sheath.
Q. How does the camera compare to others?

Q. Does the camera come with a warranty?
A. One year parts and labour.
Q. How long does the video printer takes to print?
A. It depends on the model.

Q. Can you supply the camera with imaging system?
A. Yes.

Q. Do I have to set up the camera myself?
A. No. Our engineer will setup and train.
Q. Can I use the camera to capture images?
A. Yes. Independent of a video printer.

A. Yes. For light intensity control, eliminates glare.
Q. Can the camera be used for more than one tooth?
A. Yes. Arch, Quadrant, Anteriors, One-Four molars.
Q. Is the camera easy to use?
A. Yes. Point and shoot.
Q. Is the camera autoclavable?
A. We recommend the use of sheaths or chemiwipes.
Q. Can I buy sheaths later on?
A. Yes. Either from us or other suppliers.
Q. Do I need to buy a video printer?
A. Not needed for image capture, but can be used for image printing. Can be added later on if needed.
Q. What other optional equipment is available?
A. Wireless transmitters and receivers for printer, different size monitors, LCDs and DVDs.
Q. If the camera fails, can you repair it?
A. Yes, either on-site or back at our offices. Usually by next day, where possible.
Q. Can the camera work with any TV?
A. Yes.
Q. Do I get my money back if I am not satisfied?
A. Yes. Within 7 days.
